“.......life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get. The sneaker game is no different. Times have changed with the introduction of the internet and social media, but the feeling of copping a new pair of kicks remains the same, absolutely magical. I caught the bug in the late 80’s early 90’s; arguably a time associated as the pantheon of sneaker silhouettes and iconic colourways. The first pair of kicks that really resonated with me (and was fortunate enough to be gifted for Christmas), were a pair of Nike Air Trainer ‘Bo Jackson’ mid Premium Chlorophyll. The futuristic design (at the time), and technology completely blew me away. From that day forward I have always had a huge affinity with Nike and a massive advocate of what they have stood for over the years, pushing boundaries. Don’t get me wrong, I still appreciate and collect other brands, but my first love has and always will be the swoosh.
