Trash sucks. Beach trash sucks even more. So as part of Sanuk’s ongoing partnership with The Surfrider Foundation, our team joined forces with @IslaVistaSurfrider for a cleanup of grin-worthy proportions. Our target zone: A little stretch of beach between Campus Point and Coal Oil Point in Goleta, CA, known affectionately as the “2 Miles of Smiles”—for its Happy Ü-shaped geography, of course. The day consisted of a good ol’ fashioned garbage harvest and a run-through of @Surfrider’s local clean water testing led by their Blue Water Task Force.
