To All My Brothers and Sisters in Hollywood,

The people you hire work for YOU.

YOU don’t work for THEM.

Women and men of color are often treated like we should be lucky to even have their attention. That’s exactly how @WME treated me. Agents, managers and lawyers often take a condescending and defensive stance toward the talent they are hired to serve.

Mistakes are expected, perfection is impossible, BUT UNFAITHFULNESS MUST NEVER BE TOLERATED.

There are great people on my team. My team at UTA is doing awesome work, and My manager Troy Zien and Attorney David Krintzman have stood with me through many fires.
This one had to go. Don’t be afraid to make the tough decisions. Not everyone has your interests at heart.
