How does cacao help you to do this: Cacao ceremony is a delicious and nourishing way to come together, it opens our pleasure sensors from, smell to taste and then works its way through our bodies, opening the heart, softening the armours we build in day to day busyness and encouraging blocked emotion to release. It can also bring great energy and creativity, it’s a wise, gentle, playful teacher.
Favorite recipe: Oooooh! Cacao, cardamom, rose, vanilla, cayenne, cashew and honey....
