多くの著名人に愛されているフランス屈指の二ツ星レストラン「ル・グラン・ヴェフール」シェフ ギィ・マルタン氏との業務提携を記念してオールデイダイニング「ORIGAMI」にてフランス サラド社のフォアグラを使用したディナーコースをご提供いたします。2018年10月17日（水）には宴会場「鳳凰」にて、ガラディナー「山王の杜 晩餐会」を開催。世界中の美食家から敬愛されるマルタン氏の料理をお楽しみいただけます。

Chef Guy Martin is well-known for his Michelin-starred restaurant "Le Grand Vefour," which is frequented by many celebrities and one of the premier restaurants in France. In commemoration of Capitol Hotel Tokyu's partnership with Chef Martin, All-Day Dining "ORIGAMI" will offer a dinner course that features French Sarrade Foie Gras. On Wednesday, October 17, 2018 in the Ballroom Ho'oh, the Gala Dinner "Sanno no Mori Banquet" kicked off the new selections.
