Almost never late, but yesterday was #LatinaEqualPay Day, when Latinas "catch up" to what white, non-hispanic men were paid in 2017. The gap is widest for Latina workers, who on average are paid only 53 cents for every $1 a white man is paid. For some, it is even worse. And, the gap has widened for Latinas since last year. This is an injustice, and there still is so much work to do for Latinas to be treated equally. I am #PhenomenallyLatina, and I deserve equal pay!
