By @marlondutoit It’s all about the eyes. A bluff can be called by looking deep into the eyes of another. You can often tell wether the threat or challenge is real as the eyes will seldom lie. When this incredible 140 kilogram beast turned his eyes toward me I could feel it, looking right through me, eyes like fire revealing any & all about me.

I’ve never met an animal like this, I’ve never stared down the barrel of of my lens to find a beast quite as bold, confident & capable. Yes, there are incredible animals & certainly male lions come to mind when you talk power & strength, but there’s just a feeling of AWE you get with these mystical Jaguars that one simply can’t describe, it has to be seen & experienced.
