Genuine question: why does no one get perms anymore?
This is my hair after taking my braids out last week and it made me think of the 80's perm. Why isn't it a thing at all now? I'd love to have hair like this all the time. This top is also one of the most insanely complimented things in my wardrobe at the moment.
