?The gorgeous season of Fall can sometimes feel like a fall to the unknown because nature (of which we’re just one part) is shedding its old “stuff”. I can certainly experience this in myself as unpleasant(read: scary and painful) feelings of letting go of many things. ?But, there are also exciting, promising and reassuring sensations that something new and fresh is being “built”. Meeting the unpleasantness(all the shades of fear) with compassion brings about freedom and expansion. ?I wish everyone who’s going through a challenging transition time strength and courage to face and let go of the old that doesn’t serve you anymore. ❤️ #centralpark #embracethefall
