Back when I was younger and only riding I was real greedy and wanted every good wave that came in so I’d get bummed on people showing up at Wedge trying to take “My Waves” 😂 ... it was honestly a negative vibe that ripped me off ... then when I started shooting it felt good to be free from that as I was shooting everyone else getting the good waves so I was just stoked for anyone who got a sick one in front of me and it felt good to be happy for others ... but then when all the new water photographers showed up I kind of got that greedy feeling back as I didn’t want other photographers getting in my way or in my shot 🤦🏻‍♂️ that’s one of my favorite things about the #GoProFusion ... because it captures everything ... I want more in my shot to fill space so the more photographers and chaos around me the better ... I kind of realized the last 10 years at Wedge I’ve really just been trying to figure out a way to enjoy the wave as much as possible without any negative emotions in myself like selfishness stealing my joy ... stoked to say shooting with this camera is the happiest and most free I’ve felt 🙌🏼 here’s @ryanhurley in the sweet spot traveling towards @mikeharrisvisuals in the zone to get the shot #GoPro #3kframegrab
