On the 15th anniversary of my NY debut, I performed Brahms Piano Concerto No.2 with the Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester Frankfurt & Maestro Takao Ukigaya in Neuruppin! Vielen dank!! . . 1. 2. at concert . 3. with Emanuel Schulze (cellist who played Julius Klengel at the beginning of the concert, he kindly gave me one of his flower bouquets, how sweet 💙) . 4. looking forward to touring with them in Japan next May! (playing Beethoven 5 & Brahms 2) 5. with Matestro Takao Ukigaya 6.7. with my friends from Berlin and my German manager from Munich (Peter Schoberth, 6 on the right) 8. Kulturkirche 9. a little teaser of my excitement before the concert 😉 （自分の中では、第一楽章序盤の大技、両手23連続ジャンプw） This instrumrent is actually the Maestro's piano and the same model New York Steinway as the one Horowitz used to play! . . 私のNYデビューから丁度15年経った日に、ドイツのノイルッピンで、ブランデンブルグ国立管弦楽団フランクフルトとブラームスのピアノ協奏曲第2番を共演しました。 . 指揮者の浮ヶ谷孝夫さんは、私の通ったベルリン国立芸術大学でも学ばれ、今年でドイツ在住40年になるそうで、最初の30年間はヨーロッパでの勉強・活動に専念するため日本のオーケストラの仕事は一度も引き受けなかったそうです。(2009年N響、2010年新日本フィルを指揮して日本デビュー) 長年の堅い意思と研鑽で培われたブラームスは、とても「ドイツ的」で素晴らしいものでした。 . またお一人、ヨーロッパで活躍され尊敬できる日本人にお会いできて、嬉しかったです。来年5月末に、浮ヶ谷氏の指揮／同オーケストラと、日本でツアーをさせていただくことになっています。(5月28日佐賀、29日姫路、31日東京)　それに向けて私ももっと精進しようと思いました。 http://www.bsof2019.jp/ . . #Brahms #Steinway #pianoconcerto #pianist #TakaoUkigaya #brandenburgischesstaatsorchesterfrankfurt #Neuruppin
