Real talk....I suffer from anxiety and have suffered from it for about 14 years. I have talked about it a little bit on the podcast but this week I went there. All the way. Mike is on the opposite end, he doesn’t understand it, doesn’t get it and it can be a very challenging part of our relationship when I’m having an anxiety attack. Luckily I have been able to do a lot of work around it so I’m able to calm myself down better when it happens but it’s still there at times. If you or you know someone that has anxiety I really hope you listen to this weeks podcast. It has some major insight on both sides and I so appreciate Mike, @sara.cusick and producer mark for sharing their stories. For Mark, his daughter suffers from it so to hear his side as well is so insightful. For me I’m having a lot of anxiety around this week and I got emotional on the podcast .....I hope those who also have anxiety can relate and those that don’t can maybe relate to those that do.....
