Pre/post workout today ? ?? hmmm.. I always think it’s silly how we make goals for New Years & THEN WAIT til New Years Day to start instead of actually just starting WHEN (& if) we want something... like, why wait til the new year if you can start today?!? ?‍♀️ - The last two months I’ve been sick on and off, busy, and traveling. I have not prioritized working out or making time for my health.. as a side affect, I’ve been moodier, I don’t feel as great, & sometimes I feel borderline depressed. ?? SO I’ve decided to prioritize making time to workout because it makes my mind more clear & sharp & I feel SO much more motivated to get stuff done. I also just feel happier & healthier. soooo that means, MAKING TIME ? (I’m mostly saying this for myself ?) I feel like when we say we don’t have time it’s just an excuse because WE determine our priorities and what’s important! ? - So I’m gonna start posting updates 1. So we can do this together if you’d like to join on this challenge and 2. Because it’ll hold me more accountable if we do this together ? plus then with time you can see the progress. ?? So this is the beginning. My abs are nearly non existent, I’m not quite where I wanna be, I just wanna get back to feeling my best! ? ayyyyo, it’s not about where you end up but about starting ? - ? So let’s do this!!! I’m gonna do a 30 day challenge (til Christmas) to workout 3 times a week & get some physical activity every day ? Who’s in!?! Say I ?‍♀️ #Tiff30DayChallenge
