Among the series of controversies facing Facebook, the social media giant is being accused of having a “black people problem.” Mark Luckie, who is a black former employee, claims the social network’s population of black employees is not representative of its black user base. "In some buildings, there are more 'Black Lives Matter' posters than there are actual black people,” he says.
