A lot of you are on this amazing @lifesum journey with me and you know how much I love this app. It is so helpful to see my calorie intake & macros breakdown, my water intake, my day-to-day food diary, and my overall progress. Well yesterday a funny thing happened that I wanted to share with you all. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ At the end of the day I was feeling pretty good but I was over in fat & carbs and still about 30 grams short in protein. I had a protein shake and went to bed feeling a little bummed that I went over in some areas and hadn’t met my goals (minus drinking enough water). ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Cut to this morning. I realized my @fitbit had lost signal and wasn’t synced to my @lifesum account anymore. Once I reconnected and it took into account my workout yesterday, not only was I NOT over in my carbs & fats but I was deficient by half! ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ This just goes to show that some days we get down on ourselves when we shouldn’t.
