Here’s a nice snatch from the Worlds training hall a few days out from competition (on Halloween THE BEST DAY). Since apparently morning volume squats have made afternoon snatches the enemy this week ? Not my heaviest hang snatch, but definitely one of my favorites of all other heavier ones! Im actually excited to take these next few weeks and really focus in on positional work in training while we continue to push the volume/strength. It’ll be a nice (& challenging) change & should REALLY help! -
