I had the good fortune of meeting this lovely lady today who is the 1st deaf woman biker in India to have biked from Bangalore to Leh and back (8400kms) in 30 days on her Thunderbird. Say hello to Archana Timmaraju. So much inspiration, so much zest in her; she's done what most of us don't even think of doing. She also used this journey to stop at schools and other institutions to educate them on the challenges faced by the deaf and mute in education and also about women empowerment. Her goal next year is a 50000 kms journey across Asia, Europe and Africa for the same goal of spreading awareness.
I'm gob-smacked!
