Discipline. Not every day is a good day and motivation can waver. Sometimes it's all about showing up, putting your head down and giving it your best effort to get those gains.
Which is more important to you, motivation or discipline??

Watched a kid come home after her gymnastics competition quite upset. She had recieved participation ribbons, however, did not medal in any event. She didn't understand why she had no medals to show for trying her absolute best in the competition. Her dad then went on to explain that she needed to try her best and put in effort into every training session. Not expect to nail it and be the best by showing up and trying hard on competition day.
