We ensure the quality of all fibre we use through a variety of tests. As well as checking for contamination by other fibres or chemicals. We measure the diameter of the fibre in microns (millionth of a metre) to determine fineness.
A human hair is about 75 microns whereas cashmere can be as fine as 14.5-15.5 giving it a soft luxury feel.
