Good Morning Friends. ?
Today is a new day, with new experiences.
I’m often asked how I stay so “chill”. One way I achieve this is by starting each day with a moment of stillness. I like to do so by lying on my back on a flat surface, but you can do this while you’re still in bed, or while sitting somewhere comfortably. ??♂️

*Clear your mind*

Inhale deeply through your snoot...
exhale through your mouth.
.
.
Set an intention for the day.
An example would be: “I intend to receive treats” or “I intend to forgive my savage brother Monk for his whack ass behavior”.

.
Feel free to incorporate some light stretches if you would like. I like to gently stretch my neck to loosen any tightness and to keep an eye on Monk because he can’t be trusted.
