What a day, what a morning, what beautiful, inspiring news to wake up to. For many years now I have had the great honor to know my friend Stephan James ( @tdotsteph ) an incredible actor with an impeccable work ethic. We got to know eachother while shooting a film in Berlin many years ago called @racemovie . Where he played the iconic role of Jesse Owens. Since then he has grown to become one of the top Canadian actors in this business working with juggernaut actors and directors. Today he is nominated for a golden globe for best actor for his work in @homecomingtv and is also starring in @bandrybarry ‘s beautiful film @bealestreet . Here’s a photo of us onstage sharing a laugh presenting together at the @thecdnacademy awards. Brother, nothing but love, respect and great pride for you.
