I feel lucky to have witnessed this moment yesterday. This is a perfect example of why I love doing what I do..

Our coaches created a workout with the intention that nobody would finish it. We made it insanely difficult and wanted to see who could get the furthest through it. The challenge included 1,875 reps of all different exercises. In order to even GET to the challenge you had to complete 50 burpees, 50 pushups, 50 wall balls, and one mile on the bike. Everyone was giving the same exact amount of time to finish.

Enter @meghan_mcnab. This badass mom who KILLED it. She was the only one of about 50 people yesterday to get it done. With the clock ticking down, her proud husband was by her side, her little daughter Sloane was watching, and people who didn’t even know her were cheering her on. I get the chills watching these videos. For me, it was the greatest moment we’ve had @boothcampgym.
