Two of my top fave plants in 1 moment 🌱💚 Aloe Vera: known for it’s various internal and external moisturising/healing effects , then Sage: known to clear all energies, both good & bad, giving space for renewal, fresh starts. I’m going home tomorrow to spend the end of the year/holidays with my family and friends, this year has been a whole lot of new lessons and insights! Constantly learning more about myself, the mind and the world. I feel strong, grounded and refreshed! Ready for a new chapter!!!
