2014 ▶️ 2018 - talk about a 🍑 transformation! all by @workouts_by_katya || this is what consistency and dedication looks like. I would NEVER, EVER come on here on Instagram, live a complete lie and say I was all natural if I wasn’t. I dont know about other folkssss, but I don’t roll like that. I AM all natural and very proud of it. I live a completely honest life. It has taken me YEARS of lifting ridiculously heavy, stuffing my face at the dinner table, and days here and there where I have to forrrrrceeee myself to the gym, to get to where I wanted to be. seeing results is an addiction at this point. Years ago, I made @workouts_by_katya , so that I could help you girls achieve your realistic goals without any surgery, shots, etc. nowwww now, i do not judge anyone who takes that route ^, personally, I do not care because it’s not my body. this is a no judge zone over here! whatever makes you feel good and happy makes me feel good and happy. but bc this is social media and everyone’s got an opinion, you’ll always have the haters, the doubters, etc. S/o to the real ones out there! nice people, I see you, we need more of you in this world! ❤️😍💯— so sit back relax, and enjoy the comments. 🍿 lol
