At the entrance on the 1st floor of the Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo, our entire pastry team built and decorated a gingerbread house! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Four staff members used about 3,000 gingerbread cookies and finished in about a month. Come and enjoy the Christmas mood.
