Don't let a case of the Monday blues get the best of you. ? Enjoy an easy homemade poke bowl to get the week off to a great start!

Ingredients:
4 oz. cooked shrimp
4 oz. raw tuna
4 oz. imitation crab with mayo, pre-mixed
1/2 avocado
½ cup cooked sushi rice
2 oz. cucumber, sliced
1 oz. carrot, shredded
1 oz. onion, julienned
2 tsp. crispy fried shallot
1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. masago (fish roe)
2 oz. seaweed salad
1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Seasoning:
Sauce (1)
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
4 tsp. mirin (sweet rice wine)
½ tsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
Sauce (2)
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo

How to make it:
Mix Sauce (1) well. Set aside.
Dice tuna.
Dice avocado.
In one container, add shrimp, tuna, cucumber, onion, carrot, fried shallot, green onion, and cilantro. Add Sauce (1), mix well, and set aside.
Place rice at bottom of another bowl and add mixture from Step 4 over rice. Next, top with avocado, wakame seaweed salad, imitation crab, and masago.
Drizzle Sauce (2) Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo over all. Ready to serve.
