Wednesday: Kanelbullar, those absolutely delicious cardamom buns with a cinnamon butter filling from Sweden ?? handmade by yours truly with a recipe from Bread and Butter, a cookbook I picked up in London by @thesnapery @applesforeve and @butterculture I don’t think I’m going to be taking any jobs from the Swedes with my misshaped buns but my god they taste phenomenal ? with some matcha to cut through the sweetness and some festive little oranges 小橘 (which is the name of our cat!)
