That cute little face right now is not smiling. I’m trying to sleep train Ozzie so he will learn to put himself to sleep instead of being rocked asleep. He is now just turned 12 months old. And so another night of screaming starts. It’s heartbreaking listening. Ozzie’s doctor has given me full guidance. But it’s not easy. I read to him, give him milk, cuddle him, say goodnight, put him in his bed. As soon as I put him down he is wide away and screaming to be picked up. At intervals I go into check and say it’s ok, but don’t pick him up. Any parents tried the #ferbermethod? Parents how did you get your toddler to go asleep by himself? Positive feedback and thoughts only please.
