Christmas is supposed to be a time of giving and spending quality time with family and friends - but instead it seems to be dominated by stress.
Every year, I look forward to slow and relaxing holidays but I end up stressing out about work and deadlines, buying gifts and making my Instagram feed look festive and sparkly.
This year I've made a pact with myself that I really will slow things down. Instead of worrying about low engagement, unfollowers and how my Instagram feed looks like, I’ve been focusing on developing new artistic skills, practicing yoga and meditation and building up a mindful business.
