Another privacy scandal for Facebook. This time, at least 1,500 apps were given access to photos not yet shared. Those private photos could be accessed because Facebook stores a copy of photos that users attempt to upload, even if they do not finish sharing on their profile after. "We're sorry this happened," Facebook said in the post on its developers blog written by Tomer Bar, an engineering director at the company.
