This is what I recommend initially - to start laying the foundations for new learning and unlearning. This list is about meeting yourself where you're at and shifting the focus. As simple as they appear, all listed out nice and neatly, it's an 'iterative' process. This means that you go back and forth over these points and approach them with new understandings over time as you learn more. Also, we need to be realistic from the start and recognise that diet culture is so pervasive at the moment, it's not going to go away super fast, and there will be people in your life that will refuse to consider what you're doing. That is their journey, not yours. Be curious and keep an open mind - you're about to learn so much about yourself ?

From here, start with books 'Health At Every Size' by Linda Bacon and 'If Not Dieting, Then What?' by Dr Rick Kausman. There are many other books, but these will give you a foundation. If anyone wants to pop other books in the comments go for it!
