Here’s another great exercise to strengthen not only the shoulders, but your core as well. -
Find a corner that you can mantle into like in the video. Please keep in mind that your feet are not on the ground. -
Push your body up so as to keep your shoulders away from your ears. This is proper shoulder positioning. You’ll see I dip down and then resume proper positioning. -
Then bring your right foot to your right hand by engaging your core and pushing through your arms. Repeat on the opposite side. I’ve been doing 3 sets of 15 on each side.
