I have great news! Chicken, the poor little declawed cat will be on her way soon to the St Louis area to go into a foster home and will participate in a clinical trial on Jan. 7th, for a pain med to help cats who have had their toe bones and claws amputated by declawing vets.

Please give a big thank you to the 3 families who are helping to drive her and foster her. ❤️❤️They are my heroes!❤️
Chicken will immediately get the best care from Dr Marcy Hammerle at The Pet Doctor when she arrives in about a week.
Please continue to help us find a permanent, loving home for this poor kitty in the who was brutally mutilated and is now suffering from the cruelty and harm that was done to her. She deserves to live the rest of her life with love and compassion. ❤️

Hopefully Chicken's tragic story will make people think twice before they take their beloved kitties in to have their toe bones amputated and harm their health and well-being for life. It's just so sad that in this day and age we still have thousands of veterinarians and cat owners in America who are mutilating and harming cats for the welfare of a sofa.
