#2018Memories MARCH - Being invited to speak at the @glamouruk Beauty Festival was a proud moment for me. I spoke about all things ‘wellness’ and how I don’t think we need to put loads of pressure on ourselves to go hard in the gym everyday but to do what our mind and body feels it needs. I’m going to be talking about this a lot more in 2019 as I feel really strongly about the negative impact it can have when people are made to feel they don’t exercise as much as what they see on social media ?
