This chocolate cranberry cake is what you call a HOLIDAY SHOWSTOPPER. ? Despite its complicated looks, the chocolate cake is super easy (and can be made without even hauling out the stand mixer), and the filling is a simple mascarpone + cranberry jam concoction.
