As we draw closer to the end of the year, let’s not forget what Christmas really means -

It’s not just about receiving fancy gifts and throwing parties, it’s about wanting to give and not expecting anything in return

It’s about spending precious time with your loved ones and being grateful for the blessings you’ve had in the past year

It’s about finding the ability and strength to forgive people who have wronged you or make things right with those you’ve wronged, and show them care and friendship even though they are not willing to do the same

It’s about being the bigger person and letting go of unnecessary grudges, for bearing them will only make you a childish and frustrated person

It’s about being appreciative of the ones that shower you with irrevocable, unconditional love and passing that on to others when you can

I find that achieving these things can make us happier people both inside and out. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones ♥️
