“I want to help shape a world where I don’t have to constantly ask myself – where is my place?” Alexandra, 20, migrated from Romania to study in Germany. It’s not easy to start a new life, especially in a different language and culture. Not feeling included can be difficult, but it’s especially difficult for young migrants.
Luckily, Alexandra is strong. Her passion is journalism and she runs her own digital magazine. She’s a member of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, and is a youth leader for the UNICEF Germany University Group in Stuttgart.
