Here’s my top 5 books from 2018! - One of the small changes that I made about 2 years ago that had the biggest impact on me was that I started to become aware of the types of content and information that I was taking in and stopped allowing myself to take in negative, scary, or depressing things. Just like food and things we put in our body, the information that we soak in effects our view of the world and our general mood every single day. By starting to pay attention to that I realized how good it felt to read just a little bit of a new book every morning or night before bed and start or end my day with some positive new information in my brain. At this point I’m pretty much reading a new book every week (never thought I’d be the guy saying that. Or posting about it!) and it has helped me so much I cant really explain it. There are a million good books out there and you’ll be shocked at how much your mind opens up in a positive way when you find the right one for you. With 2018 coming to an end a lot of people have been asking me what my top 5 books that I read this year are so I went through my little pile and here they are. I honestly believe that if you make it through these 5 in 2019 you’ll see little changes that have a huge impact on your life. There’s is no shortcut or fast pass to being where you want to be but little habits like reading just 5 pages every day will definitely get you pointed in the right direction. Turn off the politics, stock market chaos, scary stories on the news and feed that brain of yours! Your future self will thank you. Trust me. - Comment anything I should add to my list for 2019
