"I've always been a sneakerhead from as old as I can remember. But for me, the Nike Air Max Plus always takes me back to my younger teen days. I can still remember walking into Foot Locker Blacktown back in 1998. Those days, everyone was still into the fresh white kicks. But when I walked in and saw the OG Purple TN on display, it caught my eyes and I had to have them, ASAP!!! The design was way ahead of its time and from then I tried to buy every colorway released, men and women styles. It quickly developed a reputation for itself, especially with teens growing up in Western Sydney. Not everybody could or wanted to rock them, but they turned heads everywhere, because of the different colorways and styles they kept coming up with, especially the famous fade. 20 years on and the Nike TN is still my favourite shoe to wear and collect.
