DISAGREE. SO tired of this weird #vegan shaming #raw & poo pooing people who dont eat all raw all the time. 1. Not everyone can eat fruits & veggies 24/7 let alone every day. 2. Fiber - raw fruits & veggies plus certain grains & beans can cause serious GI issues/flares for people with sensitive GI'S IBS IBD COLITIS ETC. 3. There is not enough protein on the left for very many days. 4. Iron in spinach is closed as in your body is unable to absorb it. If you are anemic eating more spinach will not help. 5. Soy - personally I limit my soy to specific items that are amazing. If you have a breast cancer risk please do your research. 6. Not all vegan food is "healthy" there are tons and tons of #junkfoodvegan options dont be fooled the only difference is it may have less cholesterol. 7. Protein - I struggle with getting a proper 50 grams a day in but I do what I can & it has caused me pretty serious health issues in the past as well as being severely anemic. Trust me having 20 + Iv iron infusions is not a fun way to spend your afternoons. I wish the heavy hitter vegan accounts would address these issues instead of putting people down because they dont eat the way they think they should #rawvegan is not for everyone if I ate the left side every day I would end up in the hospital. Also the weird bragging about not struggling with these things chaps my hide no pun intended. I've been a vegetarian for 20+ years and vegan on and off for 10. Finally my body said no more animal dairy and I was done with it. I only miss legit pizza not frozen. ??? Do your research see what works for you just becuase #famousveganperson doesnt have any issues doesnt mean you wont. If you are going to remove anything from your daily routine I would suggest getting rid of all red meat, pork, all animal dairy, soy based products & soda. That's my take above all else read the labels if you don't know what an ingredient is, it has more than 10 letters, it's full of x's y's and or is in ALL CAPS dont eat it you can find a better option yes it may take more effort yes it may cost more $$ but hey these days how good is your healthcare? #youarewhatyoueat #whatveganseat #vegansofinstagram
