While you’re waiting for your screen to load, I want to share something that’s pretty crazy. This is the most inactive generation in history. It’s also probably the most knowledgeable generation in history. Which means we’re all sitting here, not moving, knowing that not moving is terrible for us. That’s why I’m challenging all of you to kick off the year by running with me. We’ll start this month with a goal of 10K, then gradually increase the distance month by month until May.
