Running a little behind from hitting mitts and training... so I’m doing a quick workout that can be done in about 20 minutes. Light weight..... just getting the heart rate up. #noexcuses #weallhavetime #flexfriday 6 power cleans 6 pull ups. 0.1 mile sprint (tru form or treadmill). 8 burpees with a med ball slam. REPEAT 5 times through. No rest. BOOM ! And I just realized the volume isn’t even working. Oh well... silence is bliss sometimes, right? @teamturningpoint
