First post of the new year. It’s definitely been some time since my last post and thats been mostly due to the fact that I have been dealing with some persistent nagging injuries. My Elbows have been giving my problems for about 9 months now and my right ring finger has put me out of climbing quite a bit over the last couple months. I Hurt my right ring finger at a USA climbing competition a couple months ago in Huston texas. Now I’m in Red Rocks NV, still injured, BUT wanting to see if climbing on some real rock will help or at least allow me climb a bit with less pain. I haven’t been really projecting or getting on climbs that I usually would try on a psyched climbing trip. Just trying to take it a bit easier and see how my body deals with it. I still have pain and still injured, but doesn’t seem to be getting worse at the moment. I’ll take that! ☺️ I definitely get a bit frustrated at times, but have also been laughing a lot with my good friends, dog and boyfriend! ? Here is a pic of me climbing this sweet classic boulder called “ Ultraviolet” V8/9 yesterday. A bit scary and one big power move in the middle. It’s nice to be on real rock again!!!
