The broken tuned E07A SPEC3 engine "千速(Chihaya)" has uninstalled and disassembled by ASLAN ( @aslan_inc_japan ). Thanks @aslan_inc_japan .
I suspected the lock of the cam shaft or distributor or alternator, but each of them could be rotated smoothly.
