She recently curated an exhibition focused on intersectional feminism, culture, sexuality and freedom, but @manlikesophia is also a voice for the plus community, an ASOS Insider and a creative at Nike. Phew – this woman is DOING. IT. ALL.
She began her fitness journey at Nike and has trained this year to smash her 0 to 5K goal ?
As with many of us, Sophia found it difficult to get motivated initially, but she’s found her fire through persisting and proving herself (and others) wrong – promoting her body-confidence message along the way! ?
