Day 2 went well. I mean, I’m fantasizing about tea. I want to take a whole bath in tea. Tea and milk. Whole milk. Frothy cream. In my mouth. I miss milk. Also we made the mistake of having leftover meat sauce from yesterday (which was delicious apart from the meat, which I managed to make rather tough) and then lamb for dinner. Too much meat. Unnecessary. Bad planning. Especially directly post-vegetarianism. Apartment smells like one large lamb. Feeling sorry for the lamb. So sorry lamb. Also I’m about 89% hungrier than when I was eating dal and kitchari and oatmeal all day. Potentially doing something wrong. Probably need more vegetables. However, I’m feeling substantially more fiery today, more lively, and I walked 7.7 miles somehow in all my excitement. Was wondering why my feet hurt. The crowning glory of the day is that, since I was feeling like I’d gnaw my arm off for some sugar, I made these coconut crack “bars” except I added blue coconut manna to them which made them a very undelicious shade of bluearn (that is, blue cream and brown- ew I mean look how gross) and there was no way I was cutting it up into bars because after all this day I was too lazy to use a knife, so we just ate it with a spoon like this. And it tasted like heaven. Like absolutely wow omg hooray heaven. Made it through day two without cheating so feeling very pleased with myself. Also feeling less in the hole. Who knows if it’s just because I needed some protein or because this coconut blue mush is actual drugs, but I’ll take it. Good night everyone ❤️
