I “didn’t wanna” today. I felt tired and I’m sore from yesterday. I’m a few days on and my fingers ache. Another one of my weaknesses is committing to and sticking to a solid training plan. I make excuses like, “I’ll do it tomorrow,” or “I still have time,” and 100% of the time I regret not going. So, I went to the gym anyway, and my movement felt good on slab but my hands and arms felt weak, my skin was seeping and motivation was lowww. After a good ole nitro cold brew mid-sesh we spent the last hour and a half on the Moon Board and turned the day around! Not saying I always practice what I preach, but if you’re ever feeling low or like you “don’t wanna...” go anyway. You’ll regret not going. I always do.
