?? Who wants to dive into these matcha-mazing muffins? We certainly do! Thanks to the amazing @KURASHIRU! ? If you want to impress your friends and family with this magical #MatchaCreation, simply follow the recipe below to create your own #Matcha Muffins at home ??

Ingredients
150g Pancake mix
1 tsp of Midori™ culinary matcha
80g White chocolate
1 Egg (M size)
150ml Milk
40g Melted butter (unsalted)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
1. Cut the white chocolate into small pieces.
2. Scramble an egg in a bowl and mix with 150ml of milk and 40g of melted butter.
3. Pour in the hot cake mix along with a teaspoon of Midori™ culinary matcha and th 80g of White Chocolate. Mix it thoroughly.
4.Put the mix into the muffin molds.
6. Grill in an oven at 180 ℃ for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
