Tomorrow our public school teachers @utlanow in Los Angeles are going on strike. They are asking for well-deserved raises and more support for student services, which include things like school nurses, counselors, librarians and smaller class sizes. I stand with teachers, both here in LA and all across the country as they are trying their best to change a system that is failing on so many levels. I know that teachers are actual heroes and I trust that they know better than anyone else how to meet the needs of their students and community.❤️#lausd #lausdstrike
