Quite literally, Ray Dalio has built a fortune thanks to capitalism. But recently the billionaire has begun to point out capitalism’s flaws. “Today, the top one-tenth of 1% of the population’s net worth is equal to the bottom 90% combined. In other words, a big giant wealth gap. That was the same — last time that happened was the late ’30s,” Dalio said at the 2018 Summit conference.

He even went on to say that the President of the United States should declare the current wealth gap a national emergency.
